VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT at 17.5% is shown on all products featured on the welcomemobility.co.uk website. However, most products can be purchased, by those legally entitled to exemption, without paying VAT.
Applicable product pages will notify you that VAT releif is available and if you have registered as entitled to exemption, the price will be shown without VAT.
When you get to the checkout, any products that VAT relief can apply to will have their VAT automatically deducted.
VAT is charged on shipping for all orders.
Returns
Welcome Mobility are happy to accept returns in the following circumstances:
1. If goods you ordered arrive and you change your mind about their suitability. The unwanted product must be returned in perfect condition, along with packaging, within 14 days. When the goods are back with us and been checked, we will refund you in full, minus the cost of the extra carriage and handling associated with the return. On items purchased at over £10, this be £4.50 including VAT. On items purchased for less than £10, it will be £2.29. In some cases we will issue a prepaid returns label to allow you to return the unwanted item. In others we will arrange a courier to collect the goods from you.
2. If an item is delivered in damaged condition. We will arrange for the goods to be returned for a full refund or a replacement despatched at your request.
3. If an item develops a fault through proper use within its warranty period. Please contact us in this eventuality and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
Please email us through Customer Service above if would like to arrange a return for any of the reasons listed here.
Incontinence products and other toileting items are not covered by these terms due to Hygiene Law. This type of item cannot be returned if sealed packaging is broken.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Right of Access
You have the right to access and update your personal data or to require its deletion. Changes to all aspects of your account can be made through the welcomemobility.co.uk website. Should you wish to have your account deleted please email through the Customer Service link above. Requests to delete personal data will be subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document filing or retention obligations imposed on us.
