Everything bought from Welcome Mobility is delivered free of charge.

Most items bought via welcomemobility.com will be delivered by courier and will usually require a signature.

Some small, lightweight or inexpensive items may be sent via Royal Mail and in these cases a signature will not be required.

If for some reason you believe there may be unsual issues concerning the delivery of your order, please get in touch using the form within 'Customer Service'.

If you have ordered more than one item, in some cases they may not arrive in the same delivery.
