Welcome Mobility deliveries are continuing as normal despite  Covid-19.

There is a carriage charge of £4.99 per order, regardless of the number of items or total value.

The vast majority of orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same working day.

Delivery is typically within 1-5 working days.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about an order which has not arrived.

Most orders are sent by courier, while some lightweight items by Royal Mail.

These items may take slightly longer to arrive.

For highlands and islands, there may be extra delivery costs.

Delivery to Northern Ireland after Brexit

The new administration hurdles mean sending a small number goods to Northern Ireland has become difficult.
