The MP5 Nocturnal Epileptic Convulsion Monitor with Nurse Call Connection is an innovative tool which can detect seizures that take place at night, and alert a relative or carer.

The sensor is placed under the mattress, where it can sensitively detect signs of a seizure.

The connected nurse call system, telephone auto-dialler or a community alarm is then triggered.

This safety device is ideal for care homes, hospitals or if the person is living at home alone.

A standard nurse call connection lead is included, measuring 2 meters.

Please note that alternative leads may be required to connect to other devices.

This monitor is specifically designed for the detection and response to ongoing seizures of the Tonic-Clonic (Grand Mal) type only.

Please note that it is not suitable for other seizure types, such as partial or absence seizures without movement
