Adding Items to your Basket

The welcomemobility.co.uk website uses basket software to allow you to browse our store from products of interest, add them to a virtual 'shopping basket' and then purchase the items by completing the checkout process.

Items can be removed from your basket at any time until you have completed the checkout process.

Use the category navigation in the left hand sidebar to find products sorted into various categories and sub categories.

Alternatively, use the search box to enter a product name, number or keyword to find what you are looking for quickly.

Click the Add to Basket button to add the item to your basket. You can add as many items as you like by continuing to shop.

The total value of your shopping basket, along with the number of items it contains is shown in the 'mini basket' in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Click the View Basket in the mini basket to view the contents of your shopping basket in detail.

On the basket page you can change the quantity of any item in your basket or remove it completely.

The Checkout Process

When you are happy with your selection, click on the View Basket link in the 'mini basket' in the top left of the screen to view the basket contents again and then click on the Checkout Now button in the bottom left of the screen.

At this stage, if you are not already registered and logged into the site you will need to either register or log-in (if you have registered previously).

Once you have done this you will be taken to the payment page where you have a choice of of payment options.

If you don't want to buy through the website, you can order offline by calling 0203 195 1278, or by post to the address below.
