    As you can't take one of these metal things through airport security, and I need a shoehorn there if asked to take off and replace my shoes - so the plastic one is in reserve for those occasions. 5/5 for the product and 10/10 for speedy service, thank you.

    I already use the items you sent and so does my for my sister-in-law (my age too!) who will be on her first trip out of Africa next month. She, like myself, has the frustrations of arthritis and I find those three items so helpful.
